MIAA Players dominate the Baltimore Sun All-Metro football teams
Conference sweeps Offensive Player, Defensive Player and Coach of the Year honors and has 32 players selected overall
The Baltimore Sun has announced its 2023 All-Metro football teams and the MIAA has dominated the selections.
MIAA A Conference champion Archbishop Spalding had quarterback Malik Washington named the Offensive Player of the Year and linebacker Keyshawn Flowers named Defensive Player of the Year. The Cavaliers also had three additional players name First-Team Offense, two named Second-Team Offense and two named First-Team Defense.
Also receiving top honors was Concordia Prep head coach Joe Battaglia who was named All-Metro Coach of the Year after leading the Saints to the MIAA B Conference crown.
